IN PERSON IN LEEDS & ONLINE ACROSS UK AND INTERNATIONALLY
I work with individuals navigating relationship difficulties, attachment and relational trauma, cultural transitions, grief and loss, questions of identity and belonging, and concerns relating to sex, sexuality and intimacy. I provide an LGBTQIA+ affirming space and have a particular interest in the impact of culture, migration and life experiences on how we relate to ourselves and others.
YOU’VE TRIED TO FEEL BETTER BEFORE, MAYBE EVEN TRIED THERAPY; BUT SOMETHING STILL FEELS UNRESOLVED.
You understand yourself on one level, yet certain patterns keep repeating.
Part of you copes well. Another part still feels stuck.
YOU MIGHT NOTICE THAT YOU ARE STILL STRUGGLING WITH:
Anxiety that shows up in your relationships, or a constant sense of being “on edge”
The lasting impact of painful experiences that still shape how you respond, trust or protect yourself
Feeling triggered in certain situations — especially when you feel rejected, misunderstood or not fully seen
NO SINGLE APPROACH FITS EVERY PERSON.
I work integratively, drawing from relational, attachment-based, and emotionally focused perspectives to understand not just what is happening in your life — but what sits beneath it.
Together, we explore how past experiences, relational patterns, and internal beliefs may be shaping your present. From there, change becomes more possible — and more sustainable.
My work tends to centre around three core areas:
-
Our earliest and closest relationships shape how we experience love, conflict, intimacy, and distance.
You may find yourself repeating patterns — over-giving, withdrawing, fearing rejection, struggling with communication, or feeling disconnected even when you care deeply.
Together, we explore how your relational history influences your current relationships, helping you develop greater awareness, emotional regulation, and the capacity for more secure and fulfilling connections.
-
Loss is not only about death. It can be the loss of a relationship, a version of yourself, a home, a dream, or a sense of certainty.
Grief can show up as anxiety, numbness, irritability, or a quiet heaviness that lingers.
In our work, there is space to process what has been lost, make meaning of it, and gently integrate the experience into your life — rather than feeling defined or stuck by it.
-
Questions of identity often emerge in moments of change, transition, or rupture.
You may be navigating cultural expectations, migration, belonging, sexuality, faith, family roles, or feeling “in-between” worlds.
We explore how your background, culture, and lived experiences shape your sense of self — and how to move toward a more integrated, authentic identity that feels grounded and self-defined.
