I provide a professional, non-judgemental space where you can explore emotional wellbeing, relationship difficulties, and the experiences that are shaping your life. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced according to your needs, helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
As part of my specialist training, I will begin offering psychosexual therapy from 2026, providing sensitive and evidence-based support for individuals and couples navigating intimacy, desire, and sexual wellbeing. All work within this area will be conducted under professional supervision and in line with COSRT training standards.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space for you to explore your experiences, emotions, and relationships. Many people come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of the next step. Together, we’ll look at the patterns shaping your life, the challenges you’re carrying, and the strengths you may not always recognise in yourself.
Using an integrative approach, we can work with anxiety, grief, trauma, identity, self-worth, relational difficulties, life transitions, and more. My aim is to support you in understanding yourself with greater clarity and compassion, while moving towards a life that feels more grounded and aligned
Session fee is £60 for 50 minutes
Couples Therapy
Relationships go through seasons — moments of closeness, moments of distance, and times where communication becomes strained or painful. Couples therapy provides a supportive space to understand what is happening between you, repair old ruptures, and strengthen the foundations of your relationship.
Whether you are navigating conflict, communication challenges, trust issues, intimacy difficulties, or significant life changes, these sessions help you slow down, listen differently, and reconnect with what feels important. My role is to support both partners with fairness, neutrality, and care, helping you move forward with greater connection and confidence.

Psychosexual Therapy
Psychosexual therapy offers specialised, sensitive support for individuals and couples experiencing sexual difficulties, intimacy concerns, or questions about desire and connection. Sexual wellbeing is deeply linked to emotional, relational, and physical factors — and it is absolutely okay to seek help in this area.
Together, we can explore concerns such as mismatched desire, pain during sex, performance anxiety, arousal challenges, sexual trauma, compulsive behaviours, and difficulties with closeness. This work is respectful, collaborative, and paced with your comfort in mind.
As part of my ongoing training in psychosexual and relationship therapy, I bring a thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate approach to this highly personal area of life.
