Ways to Work With Me in 2026
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”
As we step into 2026, many people are re-evaluating what support, connection, and emotional wellbeing look like in their lives. Whether you're navigating a life transition, carrying old wounds, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, there are several ways we can work together this year. My practice continues to grow with a focus on accessibility, meaningful therapeutic relationships, and flexible ways of engaging with support.
Below, you’ll find an overview of how you can work with me in 2026 — from one-to-one therapy to new offerings designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and understood.
1. Weekly or Fortnightly Counselling Sessions
Regular therapy remains at the heart of my work. These sessions give you a consistent, confidential space to explore whatever is happening in your life. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, identity questions, childhood trauma, or simply wanting greater clarity, weekly or fortnightly sessions allow us to build a strong therapeutic relationship and work at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Sessions are available online or in person.
2. Short-Term Therapy (6–12 Sessions)
If you’re looking for focused support around a specific issue — a recent loss, a stressful event, work pressures, or a relational pattern you want to understand — short-term therapy can be a powerful option. These sessions are structured yet still deeply reflective, giving you space to gain insight, develop strategies, and feel more grounded.
3. Online Courses & Psychoeducational Resources
In 2026, I will continue offering online, self-paced courses designed to help you understand emotional patterns, communication styles, relational dynamics, and self-awareness. These courses are ideal if you want to deepen your understanding of yourself between sessions or if you're not yet ready for therapy but want gentle guidance rooted in counselling theory.
5. Psychosexual Therapy Training (Starting late 2026)
As I continue my specialist training in psychosexual and relationship therapy, I will begin to offer dedicated sessions aimed at helping individuals and couples better understand intimacy, desire, relational challenges, and sexual wellbeing. This will be an evolving part of my practice as I move toward my COSRT-accredited pathway.
6. Monthly Newsletter — Gentle Support, Straight to Your Inbox
If you want ongoing learning and reflection without committing to therapy right away, my monthly newsletter offers guidance, psychoeducation, personal reflections from my practice, and updates on workshops and courses. It’s a gentle way to stay connected and supported throughout the year.
Choosing the Support That’s Right for You
There is no one “right” way to begin your therapeutic journey. Some people start with weekly therapy. Others begin with a course or a workshop before deciding to go deeper. Whatever brings you here, my aim in 2026 is to provide spaces — both individual and collective — where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
If you’re curious about working together this year, you’re always welcome to reach out. Your journey can start gently, with a simple message or a brief conversation to explore what feels like the best fit for you.
